Proof of the leght of survival of probiotic strain Escherichia coli Nissle 1917 in the stool of healthy volunteers
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se věnovala sledování přežívání probiotické Escherichia coli kmene Nissle 1917 ve střevní mikroflóře zdravých jedinců. K potvrzení toho, že se jedná o E. coli Nissle 1917 byla použita metoda pulzní gelové elektroforézy. Dále byl zkoumán vliv tohoto probiotika na změnu pH stolice, výskyt rodu Lactobacillus a některých oportunních patogenů.
Abstract:
In this thesis we examined the ability of probiotic Escherichia coli strain Nissle 1917 to survive in the intestinal flora of healthy volunteers. To verify it was really E. coli Nissle 1917 we used pulsed field gel electrophorensis method. Furthermore, we examined the effect of probiotics on stool pH change, the occurrence of the Lactobacillus genus and several opportunistic pathogens.
