Tato práce pojednává o využití promotorových fúzí ke studiu odpovědi na stres u Salmonella Typhimurium, kterému je Salmonella vystavena během svého životního cyklu v různých organizmech. Promotorové fúze byly testovány v nízkém pH, v přítomnosti butyrátu, v přítomnosti žlučových kyselin a v prostředí s minimálním obsahem živin. Abstract:
This study focus on use of promoter fusions in the response to stress in Salmonella Typhimurium, to which Salmonella is exposed dutiny its life cycle in various organisms. Promoter fusions were tested in acid pH, in the presence of butyrete, in the presence of bile salts and in minimal medium. For the study, promoters of genes central to Salmonella pathogenesis were chosen.
