Diplomová práce je zaměřena na trestněprávní ochranu a odpovědnost úřední osoby. Tato práce obsahuje důkladné vymezení základních pojmů ve světle současné právní úpravy. Práce obsahuje analýzu trestných činů proti výkonu pravomoci orgánu veřejné moci a úřední osoby. Dále obsahuje analýzu trestných činů úředních osob a příbuzných trestných činů. This work contains a thorough definition of the basic concepts in the light of the current legal regulation.
