Legal Aspects of the Proceedings for Granting Citizenship
Abstract:
In my thesis I deal with the legal aspects of granting citizenship of the Czech Republic. The thesis defines citizenship, describes typical rights and duties of citizens, ways to acquire and to lose citizenship and legal statutes which regulate such issues. On the basis of theoretical knowledge, I analyzed process of itself which includes the conditions, individual procedures and remedies.
Abstract:
Táto práca sa zaoberá právnymi aspektmi udeľovania občianstva Českej republiky. Je venovaná definícii občianstva, spôsobmi jeho nadobudnutia a straty, prameňmi, ktoré ho upravujú a právami a povinnosťami občanov. Na základe týchto teoretických poznatkov som sa následne venoval samotnému konaniu, ktoré zahŕňa podmienky, jeho jednotlivé postupy a opravné prostriedky.
