Child in alternative parenting

Abstract:

There are two known forms of substitutive care in the Slovak Republic: substitutive family care and constitutional care. The Bachelor´s thesis focuses on the problematics of a child in the substitutive family care, it deals with its basic forms and mainly it concentrates on a school aged child placed into the substitutive family care. It points out the meaning of a functional family and parents for a child, their rights and obligations following from the law and it focuses on the needs and adaptation of a child in the family. Statistics on the number of children in substitutive care in the Slovak and Czech Republic and some other international statistics are also presented in the thesis. Research, carried out among young people on the presented topic, is part of the thesis.

Abstract:

V Slovenskej republike sú známe dve formy náhradnej starostlivosti a to náhradná rodinná starostlivosť a ústavná starostlivosť. Bakalárska práca je zameraná na problematiku dieťaťa v náhradnej rodinnej starostlivosti, popisuje jej základné formy ale najmä je zameraná na dieťaťa v školskom veku umiestnené do náhradenj rodinnej starostlivosti. Poukazuje na význam fukčnej rodiny a samotných rodičov pre dieťa, ich práva a povinnosti vyplývajće zo zákona a zameriava sa na potreby a adaptáciu dieťaťa v rodine. V práci sa ďalej uvádzajú štatistiky počtu detí v náhradnej starostlivosti v Slovenskej a Českej republike a tiež niektoré medzinárodné štatistiky. Súčasťou práce je tiež prieskumu medzi mladými ľuďmi o danej tématike.
