Teoretická část: Charakteristika taekwon-do, závodní disciplíny taekwon-do. Metodologická část: testování výbušné síly a výkonů v t-ki, tréninkový program pro nárůst výbušné síly. Srovnávací část: výsledky práce. Závěr a doporučení.

Theoretical part: Characteristic of taekwon-do, competitive discipline of taekwon-do. Metodological part: explosive power and t-ki testing, Training program for explosive power increase. Comparative part: results of research. Conclusion and recommendation.
