Selected Activities helping to resolve difficult Access to Employment for national Minorities in the Olomouc Region as one of the Outputs of the Project "The Promotion of Employment – The Way to Success"

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je tvorba a deskripce aktivit, jejichž úkolem je předcházet a řešit úskalí při hledání zaměstnání na trhu práce v ČR. V teoretické části je popsán trh práce, politika zaměstnanosti, ohrožené skupiny na trhu práce s akcentem na národnostní menšiny a projekt s názvem Pracovní podpora – cesta k úspěchu a s registračním číslem: CZ.03.1.48/0.0/0.0/17_075/0009171. V praktické části diplomové práci jsou vytvořeny a popsány plány individuální podpory klientů, které se skládají z aktivit, jejichž úkolem je předcházet a řešit některá úskalí při hledání zaměstnání na trhu práce. Pro vyhodnocení a interpretaci dat je zvolen kvalitativní výzkum prostřednictvím metody analýzy dokumentů.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is the creation and description of activities whose task is to prevent and solve difficulties in finding employment on the labor market in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part gives a description of the labor market, employment policy, vulnerable groups in the labor market with an emphasis on national minorities and a project called „The Promotion of Employment – The Way to Success” and with the registration number: CZ.03.1.48/0.0/0.0/17_075/0009171. In the practical part of the diploma thesis, plans for individual client support are created and described, which consist of activities whose task is to prevent and solve some difficulties in finding a job in the labor market. Qualitative research using the method of document analysisis chosen for the evaluation and interpretation of data.
