Abstract:
Podstatou diplomové práce je zhodnocení a porovnání výsledků několika let působení společnosti na trhu před obdobím hospodářské krize s důsledky projevů krize, vystihnout aktuální problémy s tím související a aplikovat opatření za účelem posílení stability společnosti a zkvalitnění služeb pro zákazníky.
Abstract:
The essence of the diploma thesis is to evaluate and compare the business results over several years before the period of economic crisis, the consequences of the crisis and apply the measures to strengthen the stability of company and improve services for customers.
