Abstract:
Fytoestrogeny jsou polyfenolické nesteroidní sekundární metabolity rostlin. Práce je zaměřena na zástupce jedné podskupiny fytoestrogenů, isoflavony. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována daidzeinu a jeho metabolitu equolu, které mají pozitivní účinky na lidské zdraví. Abstract:
Phytoestrogens are polyphenolic nonsteroidal secondary plant metabolites. This thesis is focuses on phytoestrogens, specifically the subclass isoflavones. Special attention is given to daidzein and its metabolit equol with their positive influence on human health.
