Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku knihovnických a informačních služeb městské knihovny Bohumín. Cílem práce je zmapování nabídky a dostupnosti vybraných služeb městské knihovny v Bohumíně, zhodnocení služeb knihovny z pohledu nových informačních technologií a vyhodnocení spokojenosti s knihovnou a službami knihovny uživateli 15+. - cíl 1: Zjistit, které služby v rámci městské knihovny v Bohumíně jsou uživateli 15+ nejvyužívanější. - cíl 2: Zjistit, v jaké míře jsou uživateli 15+ využívány digitální služby a nové informační technologie dostupné v knihovně. - cíl 3: Zhodnotit spokojenost městské knihovny v Bohumíně a vybranými službami z pohledu uživatelů oddělení 15+. - cíl 4: Vyhodnotit spokojenost s dostupností, prostory, interiérem a technickým vybavením knihovny v Bohumíně.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of library and information services of the Bohumín city library. The aim of the work is to map the offer and availability of selected services of the city library in Bohumín, to evaluate the library services from the perspective of new information technologies and to evaluate the satisfaction with the library and library services by users 15+. - aim 1: Find out which services within the municipal library in Bohumín are most used by users 15+. - aim 2: To find out to what extent digital services and new information technologies available in the library are used by users 15+. - aim 3: To evaluate the satisfaction of the city library in Bohumín and selected services from the perspective of users of the 15+ department. - aim 4: Evaluate satisfaction with the availability, spaces, interior and technical equipment of the library in Bohumín.
