Diplomová práce je zaměřena na průzkum spotřebitelského chování italských turistů při návštěvě České republiky. V teoretické části jsou popsány počátky cestování a jeho vývoj ve světě i v České republice. Dále jsou definovány pojmy z oblasti cestovního ruchu a vymezen mezinárodní cestovní ruch. The diploma thesis has been focused on a consumer´s behaviour survey of Italian tourists visiting the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the beginning of travelling and it´s development in the whole world and in the Czech Republic.
