Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat problematikou genderu ve dvou klíčových personálních činnostech, a to sice zaměstnávání a odměňování. Vysvětlí základní pojmy a přiblíží, jak gender souvisí s diskriminací či nezaměstnaností. Na teoretické úrovni popíše řešení, kterým je work-life balance. My bachelor thesis identifies the problems in gender difference in two key aspects - employment and remuneration. It explains the basic concepts and approaches to gender related discrimination and unemployment. At the theoretical level it describes the solutions which is called as work-life balance.
