Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children and Child pornography

Abstract:

Náplní této bakalářské práce je komplexní pohled na pohlavní zneužívání a vykořisťování dětí a dětskou pornografii. Cílem je odhalit skuliny jak v legislativě tak třeba v prevenci a jejich řešením poskytnout bezpečnější prostředí pro nerušený vývoj dítěte. Práce nabízí letmý exkurs do historického vývoje trestného činu pohlavního zneužívání, náhled do současné právní úpravy České republiky, ale také do mezinárodních úmluv a práva Evropské unie, které se touto tématikou zabývá. Součástí bakalářské práce je přiblížení rizikových faktorů pro oběti a pachatele.

Abstract:

This Bachelor diploma thesis comprises a complex view on sexual abuse and exploitation of children, and children pornography. The goal of the thesis is to reveal a weak spot in legislation and possibly in practise, and by addressing it, create a safer environment for undisturbed development of a child. The thesis offers a brief summary of the historic development of the sexual abuse criminal offense, introduces the respective current legislation of the Czech Republic, as well as international agreements and the respective law of European Union. The diploma thesis also summarizes risks factors for both the victims and the perpetrator.
