Anotace Předmětem této diplomové práce je právní úprava uznání a výkonu v režimu nařízení Brusel I bis. Nařízení Brusel I prošlo významnými změnami, které by měly zefektivnit proces přesunu rozhodnutí v občanských a obchodních věcech mezi členskými státy Evropské unie.
