Diplomová práce „Vztah učitele a žáka z hlediska platné legislativy“ pojednává o obsahu školské legislativy uplatňované na základních školách. Práce zahrnuje zákony, nařízení vlády, vnitroresortní předpisy MŠMT a vyhlášky.
