Bakalářská práce se zabývá finančním odměňováním průvodců v cestovním ruchu a mírou spokojenosti průvodců s ohledem na výši tohoto ohodnocení. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis cestovního ruchu jako takového, jeho historický vývoj, přičemž dále specifikuje konkrétně průvodcovskou činnost a osobu průvodce. The bachelor thesis deals with the financial rewarding of tourist guides in tourism and guide satisfaction with regard to the value of the rewarding. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part.
