Abstract:
Cílem této práce bylo navrhnout, naprogramovat a testovat heuristický přístup k řešení problému isomorfismu grafů. Byl navržen algoritmus a poté 3 změny tohoto algoritmu, aby se zrychlil. Testovací data byla rozdělena na asymetrické grafy a vrcholově tranzitivní grafy(zahrnují Cayleyho grafy). Abstract:
The goal of this thesis was to design, program and test heuristic approach to solving graph isomorphism problem. An algorithm was designed and then 3 changes of this algorithm were designed to improve speed. Testing data was divided in asymetric graphs and vertex-transitive graphs (which includes Cayley's graphs). The fastest version of algorithm was compared with program Nauty.
