Testing conductive adhesive joints for flexible electronics

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na atraktivní směr v elektronice, kterým je flexibilní elektronika. V rámci práce je vypracována rešerše komerčně dostupných elektricky vodivých lepidel. Diplomová práce se v praktické části zabývá charakterizací a testováním vodivě lepených spojů v odlišných klimatických podmínkách simulujících akcelerované stárnutí a dále je testována mechanická pevnost spojů ve smyku. Na základě testů je vyhodnocena kvalita realizovaných elektricky vodivých lepených spojů.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on the attractive trend in electronics, which is flexible electronics. Within this work, a research of commercially available electrically conductive adhesives is made. The diploma thesis deals with the characterization and testing of conductive adhesive bonded joints exposed to different climatic conditions that simulates accelerated aging and additionally the mechanical strength of the shear joints is tested. Based on the tests results, the quality of the realized electrically conductive bonded joints is evaluated.
