The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of Penny Market Ltd. The theoretical part deals with specifications of financial analysis, its users, source and chosen indicators of analysis. The practical part contains the introduction of discount market with Penny Market Ltd. and the application of defined indicators.
