Cílem práce je zhodnocení současného stavu firemní kultury ve vybraném podniku a navržení její nové koncepce či dílčích doporučení ke zlepšení. První část práce se věnuje teoretickým východiskům vybrané problematiky, metodám diagnostiky podnikové kultury a nástrojům jejího utváření a změny. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate the current state of corporate culture in the selected enterprise and to propose a new concept or partial recommendations for improvement.
