Materiálové a procesní aspekty připojování součástek na flexibilní substráty

Abstract:

Tato práce se věnuje problematice propojování součástek s flexibilními substráty s ohledem na odlišné vlastnosti spojů oproti standardním tuhým substrátům. V první části práce je tato problematika popsána v teoretické rovině. Konkrétně je zde popsána technologie pájení a vodivého lepení, dále jsou zde zmíněny typy substrátů se zaměřením na flexibilní substráty a v neposlední řadě je zde popsán současný stav problematiky elektricky vodivých lepidel a flexibilních substrátů. Ve druhé části této práce jsou popsány jednotlivé experimenty týkající se této problematiky, především se jedná o experimenty zaměřené na oblasti týkající se vytvrzování elektricky vodivých lepidel, množství naneseného lepidla, tvaru naneseného lepidla, procenta dotvrzení lepidla, a také čištění a drsnosti substrátů. Zároveň tato práce obsahuje i část týkající se pájených spojů, které lze za určitých podmínek rovněž využít při kontaktování součástek na flexibilní substráty. V neposlední řadě je zde zmíněno množství rad a doporučení pro aplikaci vodivých lepidel a flexibilních substrátů v praxi.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with interconnection of components with flexible substrates considering the different properties compared to the standard rigid substrates. This topic is explained theoretically in the first part of the thesis. Especially, the soldering technology, gluing technology, types of flexible substrates and the state of art of electrically conductive adhesives and flexible substrates are described in the first part. The second part deals with the performed experiments focused on fields of curing of electrically conductive adhesives, quantity of applied adhesive, shape of applied adhesive, percentage of adhesive cure and also substrates cleaning and roughening. The field of soldered joints is also mentioned in this thesis. The soldering can be used for connection of components with flexible substrates if specific conditions are respected. Last but not least, the advices and recommendations for the application of electrically conductive adhesives and flexible substrates in practice are mentioned.
