Retirement system and its legal basis in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na důchodový systém České republiky. Popisuje tři pilíře důchodového systému. Řeší aktuální problematiku důchodové reformy platné od 1.1.2013. Uvádí návrhy řešení současného důchodového systému tak, aby přinesl více finančních prostředků do státního rozpočtu a také každému účastníkovi. Obsahuje výpočty důchodů ze všech tří pilířů.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focused on the retirement system in the Czech Republic. It describes the three pillars of the retirement system. It addresses current issues of pension reform effective from 1.1.2013. Features proposals addressing the current pension system to bring more funds into the state budget and every participant. Includes pension calculations from all three pillars.
