Práce se zabývá žalobou proti nečinnosti a žalobou proti nezákonnému zásahu. Nejprve je představena právní úprava obou žalobních typů, přičemž je zohledněna judikatura nejvyšších soudů. The thesis deals with an action against inaction and an action against unlawful interference. First, the legal regulation of both types of actions is presented, taking into account the case law of the highest courts.
