Abstract:
This thesis deals with the problem of removal of organic contamination using a plasma cleaning method. The source of plasma was a wide pressure range – coplanar dielectric barrier discharge (WPR – CDBD). The effects of contamination removal were studied with EDX, SEM and UV photometry methods. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou čištění povrchů od organické kontaminace metodou plazmového čištění. Metoda byla uskutečněna in situ pomocí konstrukčně zjednodušeného koplanárního dielektrického bariérového výboje použitelného při širokém rozmezí tlaku (WPR – CDBD).
