Vedenie účtovníctva a finančné výkazy sú dôležitým zdrojom informácií. Preto by mala byť zaistená ich dôveryhodnosť a tiež aj ochrana prostredníctvom trestného práva. Accounting and financial reports are an important source of information. Therefore it should be ensured their credibility and also protection by criminal law.
