Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování návrhu společenské smlouvy pro společnost s ručením omezeným podle nové právní úpravy účinné od 1. 1. 2014. V první části je shrnuta úprava společností s ručením omezeným a náležitosti, které má společenská smlouva mít. Druhá část obsahuje vlastní návrh smlouvy. The subject of this Bachelor thesis is drafting of the Memorandum of Association for Limited Liability Company in accordance with the new legal regulation effective from the 1st of January 2014.
