Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce řeší zpracování projektové dokumentace ke stavebnímu povolení pro rekonstrukci s půdní vestavbou vily Hofmeisterových v ulici Mezi Ploty v Plzni. Jedná se o stavební úpravy, sanaci a zateplení objektu. Práce se dále zabývá statickým posouzením vybraných konstrukcí. Výkresová část je zpracována v programu AutoCAD Architecture 2009. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with processing of a project documentation of a building permit for a reconstruction with a loft conversion of the Hofmeisters´ villa in Mezi Ploty Street in Pilsen. It is concerned with building adjustments, rehabilitation and thermal insulation of the building. The thesis also includes the structural survey of selected constructions.
