Management of receivables in small construction company.

Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám řízením pohledávek v malé stavební firmě. V teoretické části se věnuji popisu pojmů a výčtu jednotlivých způsobů vymáhání pohledávek, které umožňuje současná platná legislativa. Dále řeším problematiku prevence vzniku pohledávek. Čtenář by měl po přečtení této práce, vědět nejenom co spadá pod řízení pohledávek, ale především jaké nástroje použít a aplikovat k jejich úspěšnému vymožení. V praktické části jsou jednotlivé způsoby řízení pohledávek aplikovány na konkrétní společnost spolu s provedenou finanční analýzou. Následně jsou navržena řešení a nová opatření, která by měla společnost do budoucna zakomponovat do stávajících aktivit v rámci řízení pohledávek.

Abstract:

In my thesis is aimed with receivables management in small construction company. The theoretical part is focused on describtion of the terms and ways recovery of the receivables, that are in line with current and valid legislation. Further I am focused on the issue related to claims prevention. After reading this thesis, each reader should have awareness about the claims , but also what are the tools that we can use and apply to be successful at its recovery. In practical part, there you find particular ways of managing the claims applied to specific company, together with with financial analysis. The practical part is followed up by proposals of solutions and new restrictions that are needed, and that should be reflected by the company in current ways of claims management.
