Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je určit, zda je možné dosáhnout pasivního příjmu pomocí investice do nemovitosti. Dochází ke srovnání dlouhodobého a krátkodobého pronájmu prostřednictví platformy Airbnb a vyslovení doporučení
Abstract:
Aim of this thesis is to determine whether it is possible to generate passive income as a result of a direct real estate investment. Comparison between long term and short term rental through Airbnb is being made and recommendation is issued.
