V této bakalářské práci je uveden mechanismus rozvoje zánětlivé reakce procesu aterosklerózy vedoucí ke kardiovaskulárnímu onemocnění. Popisuje významné rizikové faktory způsobující tvorbu i rozvoj ischemické choroby srdeční. V současnosti je léčba realizována nejčastěji implantací koronárního stentu. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis introduces a mechanism of inflammatory reaction of the atherosclerosis process leading to a cardiovascular disease. It describes significant risk factors causing both origin and growth of the ischemic heart disease. In most cases, the treatment is currently carried out by implantation of the coronary stent.
