Diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma "zhodnocení bonity žadatele o úvěr z pohledu banky" kde se zaměří na úvěrové produkty vybrané bankovní společnosti, proces skóre a vyhodnocení bonity tří modelových situací. V závěru práce ještě vyhodnotím, zda-li klienti uvedení v modelových situacích dostali požadovaný úvěr i v budoucnu, kdy vejdou v platnost podmínky, které vyžadují po klientech přísnější splnění …more

The Thesis is focused on the topic "evaluation of the creditworthiness of the loan applicant from the View of the Bank" where he will focus on credit products selected by the banking company, the score process and the evaluation of the creditworthiness of three model situations.
