Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnuji vybraným metodám analýzy velikosti zlatých nanočástic a jejich konjugátů s biomolekulami. Účelem této práce je optimalizovat gelovou elektroforézu pro tzv. Fergusonovu metodu pro potřeby laboratoře.
Abstract:
In this thesis I study chosen methods of analysis of golden nanoparticles and their conjugates with biomolecules. Purpose of this thesis is optimalization of gel electrophoresis for the so-called Ferguson method for laboratory needs.
