Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem genderové nerovnosti v Jižní Koreji. Hlavním cílem je zhodnotit vývoj genderových nerovností a jejich dopadů na ekonomiku Jižní Koreje za posledních 10 let. This diploma thesis deals with the topic of gender inequality in South Korea. The main aim is to assess the evolution of gender inequalities and their impact on South Korea's economy over the past 10 years.
