Abstract:
Diplomová práce má za cíl upozornit na benchmarking jako metodu velice vhodnou pro měření kvality a výkonů knihoven. Obsahuje jak obecné charakteristiky benchmarkingu, tak i popis dalších možností, jak kvalitu a výkon těchto organizacích měřit. Neopomíjí ani uživatelské hledisko této problematiky. Diploma thesis aims to draw attention to benchmarking as a method suitable for measuring the quality and performance of libraries. It contains both general characteristics of benchmarking, as well as a description of other options, how to measure both the quality and performance of these organizations.
