Employee turnover in a selected engineering company in the Zlín Region

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zjištění příčin fluktuace ve vybrané strojírenské společnosti ABC sídlící ve Zlínském kraji.Literární rešerše se zabývá vysvětlením základních pojmů doprovázející v následujících částech práce. Doplněna je faktory působícími a ovlivňujícími její dané pojmy. V analytické části jsou analyzovány jednotlivé odpovědi v dotazníkovém šetření. Na základě výsledků je navrženo opatření pro společnost ABC k možnému snížení míry fluktuace. K vypracování závěrečné práce byly použity literární zdroje zabývající se řízením lidských zdrojů, motivace a fluktuace, interní data ze společnosti a odpovědi z dotazníkového šetření. Ze zjištěných výsledků dotazníkového šetření byla navrhnuta možná opatření sloužící ke snížení fluktuaci a možnému zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on finding the causes of fluctuations in a selected engineering company ABC based in the Zlín region.Literary research deals with the explanation of basic concepts accompanying in the following parts of the work. It is supplemented by factors acting and influenc-ing its given concepts. In the analytical part, the individual answers in the questionnaire survey are ana-lysed. Based on the results, measures are proposed for ABC to reduce the turnover rate. Literary sources dealing with human resources management, motivation and fluctuation, internal data from the company and answers from a questionnaire survey were used to prepare the final thesis. From the results of the questionnaire survey, possible measures were proposed to reduce turnover and a possible in-crease in employee satisfaction.
