Bakalářská práce přinese analýzu a shrnutí nejčastějších chyb, které se při výkonu spisové služby na Krajském úřadě Ústeckého kraje (dále jen "KÚÚK"), tedy původce, který je v roli orgánu veřejné moci, vyskytují, jak těmto chybám předcházet a jak se jich vyvarovat. The bachelor thesis will provide an analysis and summary of the most common mistakes that occur in the execution of the filing service at the Regional Office, that is at the originator, which is in the role of a public authority, how to prevent and avoid these mistakes.
