Development of e-government services in the Ústí region

Abstract:

Rozvoj informační techniky v poslední čtvrtině dvacátého století se promítl i do systému veřejné správy. Tyto změny přišly v pravou chvíli, neboť poslední desítky let kladou vysoké požadavky na komunikaci státní správy a územní samosprávy. Je třeba zdokonalovat interní komunikaci mezi složkami uvnitř úřadu, ale především komunikaci vnější. Postupně se utváří systém, zvaný e-government. Jeho zavádění zejména do systému územní samosprávy je poměrně složitý proces, který vyžaduje změny v technologickém zázemí, ale i dobře vyškolené pracovníky. Cílem této bakalářské práce je přiblížit některé prvky e-governmentu a také první úspěšné zkušenosti z Ústeckého kraje.

Abstract:

Development of information technology in the last quarter of the twentieth century was reflected in the public administration system. These changes came at the right moment, since the last decades make high demands on communication between state and local governments. It is necessary to improve the internal communication between components inside the office, but also external communication. Gradually creates a system called e-government. Its introduction in particular the system of local government is a relatively complex process that requires changes in the technological background but also well trained staff. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to bring some elements of e-government, and also the first successful experience of the Usti Region.
