Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zbytkovým napětím v materiálu po obráběcích operacích. V teoretické části se věnuje problematice obrábění, reziduální napjatosti a metodám kterými se měří, především metodě rentgenové difraktometrie. Aplikační část se zabývá měřením nástrojové oceli po frézování nedestruktivní metodou pomocí rentgenu a zkoumá vliv řezných parametrů na zbytkové napětí. Výsledná data z difraktometru jsou zde nadále analyzována a interpretována.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the residual stress in a material after machining operations. The theoretical part deals with the issue of machining, residual stress and methods by which it is measured, especially the method of X-ray diffractometry. The applied part deals with the measurement of tool steel after milling by using X-rays as a nondestructive measuring method and examines the influence of the cutting parameters on the residual stress. The resulting data from the diffractometer are further analyzed and interpreted.
