Práce je zaměřena na procesní analýzu hlavních procesů vybrané neziskové organizace. Pomocí nástroje ATTIS 4 jsou tyto procesy zakresleny do procesní mapy včetně matice odpovědností k jednotlivým procesním krokům. The bachelor theses is focused on process analysis of key processes of the selected non-profit organization. These processes are mapped by ATTIS 4 into process map including responsibility matrix of each of the individual process steps.
