Using feedback from users for ERP innovation

Abstract:

Thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes a literature review focused mainly on themes such as ERP, innovation, and user feedback, which creates a theoretical pillar for research in practical part. Research conducted in practical part is qualitative. Data collection technique is semistructured interview, whilst data are coded and analyzed based on template analysis. The aim of the research is to explore the process of feedback collection and its impact on innovations. Therefore, the research is focused on these areas: exploring the process of feedback collection, exploring of related problems, and lastly suggesting the means how to avoid these problems.

Abstract:

Práca je rozdelená na praktickú a teoretickú časť. Teoretická časť práce pozostáva z rešerše literatúry, ktorá sa sústreďuje na oblasti ako ERP, inovácie a spätnú väzbu od užívateľov, čo tvorí teoretický základ pre výskum v praktickej časti. V praktickej časti je vykonaný kvalitatívny výskum. Technika zberu dát je pološtrukturovaný rozhovor, pričom dáta sú kódované a analyzované pomocou šablónovej analýzy. Cieľom výskumu je preskúmanie procesu zberu spätnej väzby a jej vplyvu na inovácie, preto sa výskum najprv venuje samotnému procesu spätnej väzby, potom s tým súvisiacimi problémami, a v neposlednom rade navrhnutiu spôsobov ako týmto problémom predchádzať.
