Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci skladového hospodářství ve vybraném podniku. V práci jsou popsány strategie zásobování, systém řízení zásob a způsob skladování. Na základě analýzy současného stavu je ukázáno na stávající problém v oblasti skladování a expedice. Navržení nového způsobu řešení skladování, které spočívá v uspořádání skladu a využití nového způsobu skladování, manipulace s výrobky a konečné expedice hotových výrobků k zákazníkovi.

Abstract:

The work is focused on the warehousing optimizing of the specific company. The work describes the strategy of supply, inventory management system, and the method of storage. On the basis of the analysis of the current status the existing problem in the field of storage and shipping is shown. The proposal of the new method of storage solutions, which leans on the arrangement of the warehouse and the use of a new way of storing, handling of products and the final dispatch of the finished goods to the customer.
