Abstract:

Téma diplomové práce zní „Srovnání specifik stavby scény u dospělých pacientů závislých na alkoholu, jiných návykových látkách a osob psychiatricky neléčených. Práce je členěna do pěti kapitol, čtyři kapitoly jsou teoretické, poslední kapitola reprezentuje empirickou část práce. Cílem teoretické části práce bylo krátce charakterizovat a zmapovat problematiku drogových závislostí, projektivních metod, hry a Scénotestu. První kapitola se zaměřuje na problematiku drogových závislostí, vymezení syndromu závislosti, dělení drog, vzniku a vývoji závislosti, léčbě a prevenci. Ve druhé kapitole je krátce popsán proces projekce a uvedeno dělení projektivních metod. Třetí kapitola je věnována fenoménu hry, historickým pohledům na hru, hře v psychologických teoriích a hrové diagnostice a terapii. Poslední kapitola teoretické části mapuje vývoj a užití metody Scénotest. V empirické části naší práce vycházíme z těchto teoretických poznatků. Pátá kapitola naší práce reprezentuje empirickou část. Ve výzkumném šetření jsme se pokusili stanovit specifika formální a obsahové analýzy Scénotestu u jedinců závislých na alkoholu a jiných návykových látkách. Výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno v Léčebně návykových nemocí. Výzkumné soubory byli složeny z 20 probandů s diagnostikovaným syndromem závislosti na alkoholu a z 20 probandů s diagnostikovaným syndromem závislosti na jiných návykových látkách, kterým jsme administrovali metodu Scénotest, a dále jsme pracovali s kontrolními soubory o stejném rozsahu. Získaná data byla zpracována pomocí popisné statistiky a analyzována po stránce kvalitativní. Zjistili jsme, že scény postavené jedinci se závislostí na alkoholu a na jiných návykových látkách mají určitá specifika a zvláštnosti. Na závěr jsme se pokusili o shrnutí a interpretaci dílčích specifik.

Abstract:

The theme of our diploma thesis is The Comparison Specifics of Formal and Content Analysis of the Scenotest in Adults with Alcohol Addiction, Other Drug Addictions and Adults without Psychiatric Diagnosis. The work is divided into five chapters, four are theoretical and the last one represents the practical part of the work. The aim of the theoretical part of our work was to briefly characterize and map the issues of drug addiction, projective methods, play and the Scenotest. The first chapter focuses on drug addiction, define the drug addiction, division drugs, specify issue and line of drug addiction, treatment and prevention. In the second chapter are roughly describe process of projection and division of projective methods. The third chapter is devoted to the phenomenon of play, the historic views of play, the play in psychological theories, and the play diagnosis and therapy. The last theoretical chapter maps the development and use of the Scenotest method. The practical part of our work is based on this theoretical groundwork. The fifth chapter represents the practical part of our work. In our research we attempted to set the specifics of formal and content analysis of the Scenotest in individuals with alcohol addiction and with adults with other drug addictions. We carried out the survey in the mental hospital for drug addiction. Experimental samples were consist of 20 patients with alcohol addiction and of 20 patients with other drug addictions, whom we administered the Scenotest method. Then we worked with a control groups of the same size. We processed the data statistically and analyzed it qualitatively. We found out that the scenes built by individuals with alcohol and other drug addictions have certain specifics and peculiarities. Finally, we attempted summarize and interpretation the patrial specifics.
