Abstract:
Práce bude zaměřena na problematiku hybridního způsobu zaměstnávání, na jeho vznik, výhody, nevýhody a fungování tohoto modelu. V druhé části práce bude pozornost věnována analýze současného hybridního zaměstnávání na území České republiky.
Abstract:
The work will focus on the issue of hybrid employment. On its origin, advantages, disadvantages and functioning of this model. In the second part of the thesis I will focus on the analysis of current hybrid employment in the Czech Republic.
