Microorganisms in semen of breeding boars
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na mikroorganismy, které se vyskytují v ejakulátech chovných kanců a na vliv těchto mikrobů na parametry spermií. Tato práce také shrnuje možné zdroje kontaminace ejakulátů. Dále uvádí postup po odběru vzorku, to znamená skladování spermií a přidávání látek, které chrání a vyživují ejakulát.
Abstract:
Bachelor work focuses on the microorganisms that occur in ejaculates of breeding boars and on the influence of these microbes on sperm parameters. This work also summarizes possible contamination sources of ejaculates. It also lists the procedures after sampling that is sperm storage and the addition of substances that protect and nourish the ejaculate.
