Cílem diplomové práce je stanovení deoxynivalenolu ve vzorcích obilí metodou HPLC/UV/MS. Práce se zabývá stanovením DONu v reálných vzorcích, vlastní úpravou vzorku před analýzou, a to zejména extrakcí a čištěním s pouţitím imunoafinitní kolonky. The target of this thesis is determination of Deoxynivalenol in cereals by method HPLC/UV/MS.
