Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci na téma ?Neverbální komunikace jako nedílný aspekt při výslechu? se věnuji problematice výslechů nejenom z trestněprávního hlediska, ale rovněž i z hlediska sociální interakce, která je mnohdy ze strany policistů ČR opomíjena. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické stati se v její první kapitole objevují základní pojmy a názvosloví, které jsou spojeny s problematikou komunikace, což tvoří podstatu tohoto dílu. Následující kapitoly jsou plně vymezeny výslechové problematice jak z hlediska kriminalistického, tak i z hlediska psychologického. Důležitou a neopominutelnou částí je vzájemná interakce mezi osobami z hlediska výslechové praxe a následné posuzování věrohodnosti. Součástí diplomové práce je i její praktická část, jejíchž obsahem je provedení kvalitativního výzkumu v oblasti využívání neverbální komunikace během výslechu a tento výzkum byl proveden u policistů ČR, pracujících u vnější služby v Ostravě. Cílem této diplomové práce je zjištění, do jaké míry sledují a využívají policisté České republiky, kteří jsou zařazeni u vnější služby v Ostravě, složky nonverbální komunikace jako důležitý informační zdroj během aktivně konaných výslechu, při dokumentaci a následném vyšetřování jednotlivých případů, a které faktory mohou tuto jejich činnost ovlivňovat.

Abstract:

My thesis ?Non-verbal communication as an inseparable aspect during the police interrogation? is focused on interrogation issues not only from the criminal law point of view, but also from the social interaction point of view, which is often omitted by Czech policemen. The thesis work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first chapter of the theoretical part there are basic terms and terminology connected to the communication issues found, which forms the substance of that part. Following chapters are fully focused on the interrogation issues from both investigative and psychological points of view. The mutual interaction among persons from the interrogation practice point of view and consecutive evaluating of the credibility is a very important part. The practical part of the dissertation describes the qualitative survey of using non-verbal communication during interrogations. The survey was made with Czech policemen working at the outward duties in Ostrava. The aim of the thesis is detection of the scope of observing and using the constituents of non-verbal communication as an important information source during interrogations, evidencing and following investigating of individual cases by policemen of the Czech Republic assigned at the outward duties in Ostrava, and detection of factors which could influence their activities.
