GNAT: Metric Space Indexing
Abstract:
This work introduces into problem of indexing techniques for searching in metric spaces. The main attention focuses on index structure Geometric Near-neighbor Access Tree (GNAT). This structure was implemented in Java (using MESSIF library) and number of tests were performed on different data sets.
Abstract:
Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou indexovacích techník metrického priestoru. Konkrétne sa orientuje na indexovaciu štruktúru Geometric Near-neighbor Access Tree (GNAT). Súčasťou práce bolo naimplementovať túto štruktúru v jazyku Java s využitím knižnice MESSIF a vykonať podobnostné hľadanie na daných dátových množinách.
