Abstract:

HORTOVÁ, J. Vztahy v rodině s dítětem s mentálním postižením Bakalářská práce, Brno: Masarykova univerzita, 2011. 60 s. Bakalářská práce má část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou mentální retardace, popisuje osobnost člověka s mentálním postižením a základní terminologii. Dále se věnuje rodině – rodiči a sourozenci dětí s postižením. Popisuje, jak se rodiče musí vyrovnat se zdravotním postižením svého dítěte, co pociťují, jak se s touto situací smiřují a jak vnímají existenci dítěte s postižením jeho zdraví sourozenci. Výzkumná část zjišťuje vliv přítomnosti mentálně postiženého dítěte na život, chod a úplnost rodiny, vztahy mezi členy rodiny, především mezi intaktním dítětem a jeho sourozencem s postižením, přijetí a vnímání postižení samotné rodiny.

HORTOVÁ, J. Relations in the Family with a Child with Intellectual Disability. Bachelors Work, Brno: Faculty of education MU, 2011. 60 s. This dissertation consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of mental retardation, it describes the personality of a person with intellectual disabilities and basic terminology. It also concerns families – parents and siblings of children with disabilities. It shows how parents must cope with their child's disability, what they feel, how they put up with the situation and how the healthy siblings perceive the existence of the child with disabilities. The research part analyses the impact of the presence of the child with intellectual disabilities on the life, function and completeness of the family. It also describes the relationships between the family members, especially between the healthy child and his/her sibling with the disability and acceptance and perception of the disability by the family itself.
