Refractive Eye Surgery Options

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá možnostmi současné refrakční chirurgie. Obsahuje výčet a popis jednotlivých refrakčních výkonů. Práce pojednává o náplni refrakční chirurgie, tedy o možnostech odstraňování refrakčních vad oka jako jsou krátkozrakost, dalekozrakost, astigmatismus, aberace vyšších řádů, zákal šedý i zelený a vetchozrakost. Z chirurgických postupů jsou zmíněny metody laserové refrakční chirurgie (Custom Cornea, LASIK, PRK, LASEK, DTK), nitrooční chirurgické operace (RLE, implantovatelné nitrooční čočky, PRELEX) a kombinace laserové a nitrooční chirurgie (Bioptika). Chirurgické zákroky jsou zde rozděleny na zákroky na rohovce a nitrooční operace.

Abstract:

In this thesis I present todays refractive eye surgery options. It contains description and enumeration of individual refractive surgical procedures. This thesis occupied with charge of refractive eye surgery, facilities of reducing refractive errors i.e. reduction of myopia (nearsightedness), hyperopia (farsightedness), and astigmatism, higher level aberrations, glaucoma, cataract and presbyopia. From surgical methodes there are references about laser surgery methodes ( Custom Cornea, LASIK, PRK, LASEK, DTK), intraocular surgical operatios (RLE, IOL, PRELEX) and combination of all above (bioptics). Surgical interventions are divided into corneal and intraocular operations.
