Medical rehabilitation plan and process in soft tissues dosorders of shoulder joint

Abstract:

Obecná část bakalářské práce se zabývá ontogenetickým vývojem funkce ramenního kloubu a celé horní končetiny. V dalších kapitolách je stručně popsána anatomie a biomechanika ramenního kloubu a celého ramenního pletence. Poslední dvě kapitoly obecné části obsahují nejčastěji používané vyšetřovací metody při patologii v oblasti ramenního pletence a stručný přehled poruch měkkých tkání ramenního kloubu. Ve speciální části bakalářské práce jsou popsány používané rehabilitační metody u poruch ramenního kloubu se zaměřením na impingement syndrom (kinezioterapie, fyzikální terapie, speciální metodiky, ergoterapie). Třetí část bakalářské práce popisuje kazuistiku a léčebnou rehabilitaci u konzervativně léčeného impingement syndromu.

Abstract:

In general part of bachelorʼs thesis I briefly explain the ontogeny function of shoulder girdle and whole upper limb. In other chapters briefly describes anatomy and biomechanics of the shoulder joint and shoulder girdle around. The last two chapters in general often contain the most frequently used methods of inquiry in the pathology of the shoulder girdle and a brief overview of disorders of the soft tissues of the shoulder joint (definition, clinical picture and therapy). The special part of bachelorʼs thesis describes the use of rehabilitation methods for disorders of the shoulder joint, focusing on impingement syndrome (physiotherapy, Physical therapy, special methods and Occupational therapy). The third part describes the casuistry and medical rehabilitation in conservatively treated impingement syndrome.
